Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with overall business goals, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and responsiveness to market demands.
- Source, build and manage relationships with vendors (maklon) to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of raw materials and finished goods production pricing negotiation.
- Oversee inventory levels across the supply chain, balancing the need for sufficient stock to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory holding costs.
- Involve in new product development activities (white label) ; formulation, concept, etc.
- Collaborate with other relevant departments to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with other functional areas within the organization, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from any major.
- A minimum 6 years of experience specifically in the FMCG manufacturing sector is essential. Familiarity with consumer goods manufacturing industry, including knowledge of end to end production process for white label products.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors (maklon). Good networking skills are essential for negotiating contracts, managing vendor performance, and ensuring a reliable and cost-effective supply chain network.
- A strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Capability to develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Experience in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring quality and compliance standards are met throughout the supply chain.
