Position: Head of Production

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage the entire production system (gift boxes, back-end processes, printing, planning, and quality) operations.

2. Responsible for coordinating and arranging each production process. Develop reasonable plans and establish the flow of the entire production process. Understand the quality requirements of each printing and packaging process and supervise to ensure successful production.

3. Organize and promote lean production management to enhance production management levels and product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher, majoring in printing and packaging or related fields, with both technical and management skills.

2. Familiar with related technologies and processes in the printing and packaging industry, with at least 5 years of experience in production, production planning, or quality management within the industry.

3. Willing to take responsibility, able to withstand high work pressure, and possess excellent team leadership, organizational management, innovation skills, and cost-consciousness.

4. Strong analytical and coordination skills, capable of solving practical problems.
