Key Responsibilities
Quality System
- Maintain and maintain documents starting from the Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Work Procedures.
- Conduct audits of each department related to the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Make improvements aimed at improving quality performance.
- Implement and ensure QMS programs run according to schedule.
Health and Safety Environment
- Implement Health, Safety & Environment work programs, and create procedures, in accordance with ISO 14001; 2015 and ISO 45001; 2018 management system.
- Hold meetings at least once a month with each department to discuss the Health, Safety and Environment work program and implement the HSE program.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations/permits relating to HSE.
- Prepare annual and monthly HSE programs (safety briefing / meeting, PMK training, emergency drill, etc.), in collaboration with the Dept Head and implementing it consistently.
- Supervise the B3 waste processing process, control water, air and soil pollution so that it can meet quality standards in accordance with government rules and regulations.
