Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system.
Oversee all quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) activities.
Oversee the testing and validation of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Implement best practices and drive innovation in quality processes.
Implement feedback mechanisms to improve product quality based on customer input.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance/control within the cosmetics or a related industry.
Proven track record in a senior quality leadership role.
Proficiency in quality management systems and software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
