Job Summaries
- Provides a high level of all Rukita unit property repair & maintenance process. This position has overall responsibility for maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection.
- Develops and implements strategies that will deliver products and services, which meet or exceed the needs and expectations of tenants and owners, while maximizing the financial performance.
- Implemented a maintenance programmed to ensure the Property is maintained and in service for our Tenants.
- Direct daily Repair & Maintenance Department needs, plan and assign work ensuring you always have the right team in place
- Develop the team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback and create performance and development goals for colleagues - recognize good performance.
- Supervise and manage daily activities of the department
- Ensure that all team members are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- 10-15+ years managerial experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Specialized expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- A motivator & self-starter
