Head of Research And Development

Manage, monitor, and evaluate activities related to product innovation development and processes in Existing Product Improvement within the food, Beverage and dairy category. Ensure compliance with government regulations, the regulations of destination countries, and company policies and rules with the aim of achieving company targets within the scope of product development.

Requirements:

Education

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology

Experience

- At least 10 years in Research & Development within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector in Beverage and Dairy companies

Specialized Knowledge

• Proficient in raw materials in the product development process
• Knowledgeable about product development machinery
• Understanding of food standard regulations
• Mastery of industrial knowledge, particularly in the Food & Beverage sector
