Job Title: Head of Sales - SaaS Solutions
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Remote, with travel to client locations as needed)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Sales to lead our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales efforts in Jakarta. The ideal candidate has a deep background in selling software solutions such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, or similar, and is adept at managing large-scale transactions and subscription-based sales models.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sales strategy for SaaS products, focusing on achieving new business goals and fostering client relationships.
- Handle large-value contracts and subscription models, ensuring sustained business growth and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients and the team, providing insights on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Yearly Recurring Revenue (YRR) models to maximize revenue streams.
- Conduct regular client meetings on-site as needed, while maintaining a strong presence remotely.
Experience Required
- 8+ years of SaaS sales experience, specifically in high-value deals across software solutions like CRM, ERP, HRMS, or similar.
- Proven success in handling large ticket sizes in SaaS transactions, with a robust understanding of subscription-based revenue.
- Consistent career history within sales; preference for candidates with progressive growth in sales roles.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with managing high-value accounts and recurring revenue models.
- Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Highly self-motivated, with a flexible approach to remote work and travel to client locations as required.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in IT, Business, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
