Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage, and retain high-net-worth clients. Your primary focus will be on building and managing a high-performing sales team, nurturing relationships with HNWls, and driving revenue growth.



  • Minimum of Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing, Financial, Management, or a related field (GPA with a min of 3.00)
  • 8-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, would be an advantage
  • Ability to understand trading recommendations based on technical/fundamental analysis is a must
  • Good communication skills and basic English are required
  • Strong financial product knowledge on any one of the following asset classes: US stocks, crypto, futures (index,modities)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and achieving revenue and profitability targets
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team with a background in securities, such as Indostock, or in Forex trading
