Lead & manage Trade Marketing department to achieve business objectives
Develop Trade Marketing strategy aligned with the Brand strategy to fulfill company's target, execution and benchmarking of all trade programs
Develop Channel strategy (GT/MT/E-Commerce), lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy to meet brand and customer expectations
Develop Consumer promotions in collaboration with Marketing Department and Sales Department and support Market executions
Monitor and evaluate Trade Marketing programs and activities to measure effectiveness including budget utilization, analyze and calculate ROI of each activation, promo & event.
Requirements:
Candidate must posses Bachelor's/Master Degree from any major
Experience more than 10 years Trade Marketing / Channel development field in FMCG company, with 3 years in Sr. Manager / Dept. Head Level
