- Responsible for carrying out Dialysis & Chemotherapy service activities, both direct and indirect services to patients.
- Receive delegation from nurses in preparing patients for examination and treatment such as: adjusting lights, providing tools, and so on.
- Supporting the smooth process of patient registration, managing the queue for doctor's examinations and completing patient administration.
- Assist in room administration work, and logistics control (consumables and medicines).
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.
- Responsible for carrying out Daycare and Endoscopy service activities, both direct and indirect services to patients.
- Prepare facilities and equipment for smooth service, by: Ensuring all required facilities and equipment are available and functioning well and cleaning the environment and equipment that will be used in maintenance.
- Receive delegation from nurses in preparing patients for examination and treatment such as: adjusting lights, providing tools, and so on.
- Assisting in room administration work, and logistics control (consumables and medicines).
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.
- Build trust and develop good working relationships with key external parties, including but not limited to key industry associations and relevant government agencies.

- Carry out daily patient care activities, including bathing patients, bed making, and other activities within the specified amount of responsibility
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the room as well as the cleanliness, completeness and availability of equipment and tools that will be used or have been used in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations
- Pick up and deliver operational needs, including laboratory samples, medicines, examination results, food and drinks, to help smooth nursing operations
- Receive guests at the nurse station in accordance with service standards set by the Hospital
- Perform weekly inventory requests and reporting to ensure completeness of inventory used in related nursing services
- Receive incoming calls to ensure the information received has been conveyed to all interested parties
- Perform data entry on bed status in the system
- Ensure that patients do not leave items in the hospital or take hospital property with them
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
- Providing non-medical support related to care for hemodialysis service patients to ensure patient comfort and smooth treatment operations
- Carry out daily patient care activities and other activities within the specified amount of responsibility
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the room as well as the cleanliness, completeness and availability of equipment and tools that will be used or have been used in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations
- Pick up and deliver operational needs, including laboratory samples, medicines, examination results, food and drinks, to help smooth nursing operations

Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Graduate from any related major
- Preferably have worked in a hospital.
- Bachelor Degree from Health Services
- Have minimum 2 years work experience as a health worker in a hospital. Able to work under pressure.
