Reviewing contractor HSE procedures to ensure compliance and alignment
Conducting inspections, monitoring, and HSE audits for contractors during the EPC phase
Assisting the contractor in ensuring project compliance
Preparing reports for the HSE department (daily, weekly, monthly)
What We're Looking For
Candidates must have graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field to HSE
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSE, with a minimum of 5 years experience in EPC projects
Proficiency in inspection, auditing, reporting, investigation, lifting operations, working at height, confined space, hot work, SIMOPS operations, and the permit-to-work system
Possession of a valid Ahli K3 Umum or K3 Konstruksi certificate
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills, a people person, and a team player
This position is located in Balongan, West Java (Plant Site Polytama Propindo)
