Helpdesk Intern Job Description Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and any other correspondences from members and potential members regarding CBM.
- To be well versed in the companys products or services to assist customers effectively and provide positive resolution to customers queries.
Responsible for all billing-related functions and issues.- Provide advisory service to the public and members of the bureau concerning credit reports and rating understanding.
Build and maintain the relationship with the existing members of CBM.
- Provide training to new/existing members on the CBM system and report understanding.
Participate in scheduled events and roadshows.- Secretariat for all Operations related meetings and discussions.
Perform any other task assigned by management.
A recognized Degree or Diploma.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with a meticulous and accountable approach to work.
Ability to multi-task, work proactively and thrive in a small team environment.- Ability to perform well to achieve task objectives under pressure of tight timelines.
Good oral and written English / Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office application.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Possess excellent listening, rationalization and problem-solving skills.
