Provides technical guidance on a wide range of legislative, regulatory, and assurance matters. Reviews and comments on proposed legislation and regulations and develops policy position documents for leadership. Responds to inquiries by government entities. Monitors and manages the verification of certifications and permits.
Supports larger customers/clients and may lead functional projects under infrequent supervision. Developing a detailed knowledge of the work function.
Responsible for the implementation and sustainability of the OE Compliance and Assurance standard. In addition to ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, the main focus is to ensure that all critical safeguards are in place, functioning, and effective.
