As an International Sales Agent, you will be responsible for working with our company to sell our steel structure products in your local market. We handle the manufacturing, processing, and export of the products, while you will be responsible for identifying suitable clients and securing orders. Upon successful completion of a deal, you will receive a 20% commission on all orders, as well as the commission proposed at the start of the order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends in your region.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and maintain a robust client database.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the head office.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the steel structure or construction industry.
- Strong network and relationships within the industry in your region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to understand and convey technical product information.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
- Relevant work experience in a related industry is preferred.
