Job Overview:
The Hook Up & Commissioning Tech provides solutions to problems in the Hook Up & Commissioning (Fab) discipline without supervisory approval and will evaluate and select solutions from established operating procedures and scientific procedures.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Execution of low, medium & high Voltage testing as per project requirement
- Conduct line walks and pre-system/sub-system completions checks
- Assist Vendor as required for a particular test requirement
- Prepare required materials, tools, and consumables for commissioning testing activities
- Confirm red-line mark-up drawings are readily available for site use
- Utilize calibrated/ certified test equipment
- High standard of safe working practice, quality, and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conducts
- Ensure that preservation is checked, monitored, recorded, and complies with the requirement
- Report to Preservation Coordinator
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- High School Graduate
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Oil and gas construction projects
- Preferably ex-PTMI who have been involved in FAT of SPS and SURF
- Good teamwork skills
