- Location: Bali, Indonesia
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the beach club
- Provide information about the club's facilities, services, and activities
Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests- Ensure proper allocation of seating based on reservations and availability
Keep guests informed about daily events, promotions, and special offerings
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Promote beach club memberships, events, and special promotions- Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the guest experience
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies
Proven experience of work as Host/Hostess or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Maintain a neat and professional appearance
