Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.

• Location: Bali, Indonesia

• Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the beach club

• Provide information about the club's facilities, services, and activities

Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests

• Ensure proper allocation of seating based on reservations and availability

Keep guests informed about daily events, promotions, and special offerings

• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Promote beach club memberships, events, and special promotions

• Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the guest experience

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies

• Requirements:

Proven experience of work as Host/Hostess or in a similar role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities

Maintain a neat and professional appearance
