At least one year of experience in a hostess or related customer service role- Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or event setting is preferred
Proficiency in managing reservation systems, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently
- Experience with reservation and booking systems, restaurant management software, or point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
Ability to interact with a diverse range of guests and staff in a friendly and professional manner- Proficiency in English is required
