Hostess
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospitality related role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel environment.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer (GRO) or similar role, with a track record of effectively managing guest inquiries, feedback, and requests.
Exceptional verbal communication skills Proficiency in English is required, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests, colleagues, and management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple guest interactions simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
Strong Knowledge of food and beverage products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the restaurant and its guests.
Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in guest reservations, seating arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
