  • Job Title: Hotel Senior Sales Executive

  • Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Reports To: Sales Manager


  • Role Purpose: To assist Sales Manager in achieving hotel sales goals by managing sales activities and collaborate with other teams to expand brand presence.
  • Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue business opportunities for the sales of hotel rooms and MICE
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase revenue and occupancy rates
Conduct negotiations with customers to reach a favorable bargain for both parties, prepare proposals, and close deals
  • Fully responsible of accounts under his/her management; including business production, updating profile and contracting or renewing contracts
Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads and build relationships
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive activity in the local market
  • Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any field
  • At least 3 years experience of working in the related field
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of the local market and industry trends
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
