Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.
  • Location: Bali, Indonesia
  • Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain housekeeping schedules, including shift planning and time-off requests
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and tracking of cleaning supplies and equipment
Act as the main point of contact for housekeeping staff and other departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination
  • Distribute important information and updates to housekeeping staff, including policy changes and special instructions
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability
  • Track usage and manage the storage of cleaning products and equipment to prevent wastage and ensure cost-effectiveness
Assist with budget planning and tracking for the housekeeping department
  • onitor and report on departmental expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality
  • Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a hospitality or housekeeping environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with housekeeping operations and standards
