Responsible for meeting all needs in the office such as the need cleaning and various other assistance
Cleaning and tidying chairs, work desks, and several other work equipment.
- Prepare drinks for employee/ guest
Throw garbage, sweep & mop the floor.- Wash eating and drinking utensils
Clean the glass in the workspace and spray the room with disinfectant liquid.
- Provide and prepare food and drink when there are company guests.
Carry out other tasks according to requests from employees, for example: taking documents, photocopies, process car license, and others. Any other duties as assigned by management
Work experience as Housekeeping public area or in a related field is an advantage
- Able to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office area
Able to work with responsibility, following rules and procedures with discipline- Able to identify tasks that need to be done without having to be given direct orders
Have high integrity in maintaining the confidentiality and security of office information
- Physically fit and strong enough to perform physical tasks such as lifting and handling objects.
