Cleaning and Sanitizing:- Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum rooms and common areas.
Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintenance of Cleaning Supplies:
Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies.- Request or purchase cleaning supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.- Handle requests and complaints from guests courteously and efficiently.
Follow company or property guidelines and policies.
Assist with deep cleaning projects.
- Help set up for events or special functions.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
- Respond promptly to guest requests.
- Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.- 3-5 years proven previous housekeeping experience in managerial level.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.- Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good physical stamina and fitness.
