Job Description

Cleaning and Sanitizing:
  • Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum rooms and common areas.
Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Maintenance of Cleaning Supplies:
Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
  • Request or purchase cleaning supplies as needed.
  • General Duties:
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  • Handle requests and complaints from guests courteously and efficiently.
Follow company or property guidelines and policies.
  • Special Projects:
Assist with deep cleaning projects.
  • Help set up for events or special functions.
  • Customer Service:
Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests.
  • Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years proven previous housekeeping experience in managerial level.
  • Skills:
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Good physical stamina and fitness.
