Continuously monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job guidance
Visit Cove properties regularly to ensure all standards of cleanliness and hygiene are being followed
Ensure staff's punctuality, uniforms, personal hygiene and grooming standards
Follow up to establish solutions appropriate to problems highlighted and motivate colleagues to take ownership of their work and follow up
Monitor training of new staff and their progress and be involved to identify team's strength and weaknesses
Work together with the Property Team to ensure consistent systematic approach to cleaning all public areas and works on the strategic side of ensuring that the works are being completed as scheduled
Set reasonable objectives for Housekeeper and property team to achieve the KPI (Cleanliness, NPS, etc)
Monitor supplies, tools and machinery. Ensure they are sufficient for the operation to work well and enough stock.
Experience And Qualifications Required
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Housekeeping as a QC or supervisory level, preferably in hospitality environment
Based in Bali and prefer minimum as Housekeeper SPV 5 star hotel
Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
Be a self-motivator and motivator of others
Be able to relate to all levels of guests and management.
Have excellent communication and organization skills
Be able to consistently supervise the Housekeeping team to deliver a delightful experience and satisfy our tenants
