Provide administrative support to the HR / Admin and accounting department.- Data entry for daily accounts transactions
Assist in overall accounts and HR/Admin filling and documentations
- Monitoring and follow up outstanding payment
Prepare monthly payroll- Maintain employee records, daily attendance and leave records
Prepare job advertisements, employee onboarding, insurance applications and HR letters
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing visitors, stationery inventory upkeep, office replenishments and supplies
