Job Description

Provide administrative support to the HR / Admin and accounting department.
  • Data entry for daily accounts transactions
Assist in overall accounts and HR/Admin filling and documentations
  • Monitoring and follow up outstanding payment
Prepare monthly payroll
  • Maintain employee records, daily attendance and leave records
Prepare job advertisements, employee onboarding, insurance applications and HR letters
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing visitors, stationery inventory upkeep, office replenishments and supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,200.00 per month
