Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HR databases by organizing, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of employee information in the HRIS and other data management systems.
- Responsible to manage and craft for HR database and dashboard
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large database to generate actionable insights for workforce planning, performance management & other HR functions.
- Visualize HR data using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to create clear, comprehensive reports and dashboards for HR metrics, trends, and KPIs.
- Support the HR team in data-driven decision-making, providing timely reports and data analysis to inform strategic HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify data needs, improve reporting processes, and optimize data management strategies for greater efficiency.
- Assist in creating and automating reports related to employee turnover, recruitment metrics, and other HR functions to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance by regularly auditing HR records and systems to ensure alignment with legal and organizational standards.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in various tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating projects, and managing documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements by suggesting and implementing more efficient ways to manage and utilize HR data.
Job Requirement
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration.
- Strong knowledge and proficient with Google Workspace, specifically with Spreadsheet, HRIS and data visualization is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
