Reporting directly to the Assistant Reservations Manager / Front Office Manager
Process all reservation requests from customers.
Provide clerical support to Front desk staff
Change or cancel reservations at the request of customers in line with hotel policy.
Receive reservation orders through phone, email or live chat
Responsible to ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into OPERA and is of the highest quality, and errors are kept to an absolute minimum.

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder
Preferably those with some exposure in service industry and customer service
Good command in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
Chinese Language skill is an advantage
Able to maintain & strengthen the relationship with customers
Good teamwork spirit, pro-active, independent & passionate with assigned job
Willing to work long hours when required
Computer literate
