Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Administration or a similar role- Meticulous attention to detail
Having experience in the recruitment process (job posting, screening, scoring)
- Good Command in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and able to do multitask.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement- Willing to be placed in Gresik
Manage day to day benefit business process to be more effective- Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction
Prepare for company events such as job fair, training sessions, etc., by arranging materials, setting up rooms, and handling logistics (e.g., presentation materials, projectors, test forms, snacks, seating, etc.)
- Collaborate with leaders to identify organizational development needs, opportunities, and challenges
* Responsible for office assets
- To prepare the administrative work in the HR area
