Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Reporting directly to the Assistant Reservations Manager / Front Office Manager
  • Process all reservation requests from customers.
  • Provide clerical support to Front desk staff
  • Change or cancel reservations at the request of customers in line with hotel policy.
  • Receive reservation orders through phone, email or live chat
  • Responsible to ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into OPERA and is of the highest quality, and errors are kept to an absolute minimum.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Preferably those with some exposure in service industry and customer service
  • Good command in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Chinese Language skill is an advantage
  • Able to maintain & strengthen the relationship with customers
  • Good teamwork spirit, pro-active, independent & passionate with assigned job
  • Willing to work long hours when required
  • Computer literate
