Job Description:- Evaluating, developing and implementing Company Development System.
Monitoring all employee performance (quarter and yearly KPI) in Headquarters, Subsidiaries and Branches.
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or Mathematics with GPA Min 3,00- Have a driver license (SIM A) and able to drive
Minimum 1 year experience holding Employee Performance.
- Good knowledge in Balance Score Card.
Good knowledge on people development, Strategic HR rules and KPI.- Have experience in handling KPI (from drafting until reporting).
Good interpersonal skills, maintain strong attention to detail, creative and good presentation skill.
