Job Description

  • Assist in collecting and cleaning employee data from various sources
  • Process data using Excel or Google Sheets to create basic reports
  • Create simple data visualizations (charts, tables) to display trends and patterns
  • Help analyze data related to employee turnover, attendance, productivity, and engagement
  • Support the team in preparing clear and understandable reports for management

Requirements


  • Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (Statistics, Management, Psychology, Information Technology, or other related disciplines)
  • Basic data analysis skills - familiar with Excel or Google Sheets, SQL and Phyton as poin plus
  • Good communication skills - able to explain analysis results clearly and simply
  • Interest in HR and data-driven decision-making
  • Preferred: Basic experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Domicile in Tangerang / South Tangerang area
