Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Law .
- Preferably from FMCG/ Manufacturing Industry.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HRGA.
- Open male or female.
- Strong understanding of INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and large team management skills; able to motivate and lead teams through complex projects.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work in face pace working environment.
- Have a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of working independently and adapting to dynamic work environments.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and project management abilities.

This strategic role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in HR management especially in Industrial Relations.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the HR and General Affairs (HRGA) functions, ensuring smooth operations across all HR processes, policies, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives, supporting business growth and employee engagement.
- Manage mass recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding large volumes of candidates within specified timelines.
- Spearhead employee relations initiatives, maintaining a positive work environment and handling employee grievances with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain efficient HRGA policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance with local labor laws.
- Handle the overall General Affairs functions, including office management, vendor relations, asset management, and facility maintenance.
- Collaborate with various departments to support business needs through HR data-driven insights, training, and development programs.
- Manage HR budget effectively, optimizing HRGA expenses while maintaining high-quality services and compliance standards.
