HR & GA Senior Staff (Great Eastern General Insurance Indonesia)

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for payroll process every month

Coordinate with the internal team related to employee attendance and overtime record

Conduct and manage analysis related to payroll and benefits

Handle calculation for BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and other related administration

Update with regulations related to tax calculation and mandatory government benefits

Delivering payroll reports accurately and record it accordingly

Have a knowledge in taxation e-bupot program

Familiar with HRIS

GA Support

Our Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Good command in English
• Able to operate MS Office and PDF
• Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possess good interpersonal skills and is customer-oriented
• High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
• Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
