Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all administrative tasks related to DC employees (Attendance, Payroll, BPJS, Insurance).
  • Coordinate with internal/external company parties related to DC employee needs.
  • Responsible for the recruitment process of DC personnel

Requirements

  • Candidate must own at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Experienced as an HR generalist or related position is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed in Sibolga, North Sumatera
