Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in recruitment process by posting job opening, screening resumes, scheduling interviews & conducting background checks.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
  • Managing HR functions including recruitment, payroll, performance management, compensations, benefits and other related HR responsibilities.
  • Attendance & leave administration.
  • Organise record & filing of all HR related files.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures & practises are implemented according to Malaysia labor laws.
  • Provide support to Manager in SOP & KPI.
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resource or related fields.
  • Proficient in employment, labor laws, general HR policies & procedures.
  • Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words & other related softwares.
  • Excellent communication & public relation skills.
  • Aptitude in problem solving.
