Act as HR Generalist / Officer for Indonesia who is as an integral team member of South East Asia and APAC Business Partner Organization reporting directly to Senior HR Director SEA Cluster.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
Review labor legislation and ensure update of employment practices and employee handbook in the country.
Prepare bilingual employment and termination contracts and file with local labor department.
Benefits administration at country level. Making sure that the policy development from CMD/Country Management Team and HRBP are executed as per policy developed and launched.
Support compensation package benchmarking for new hires/promotion/equity increases cases.
Drive internal benchmark and external benchmarking to supported from HRBP / co-operate with HRBP to complete Mercer Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) and deliver within the deadline.
Support key HR process such as bonus and merit increase cycle.
Work closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Recruiter SEA to coordinate hiring in the country.
Support onboarding and exit process administration and collaborate with countrys key stakeholders onsite.
Be part or support of the counselling / discipline / grievance procedure investigation onsite (if applicable).
Work with HR Ops Payroll team and Country Finance (benefits in kind) for seamless information and payroll.
Assist in onsite internal and external HR audit, working closely with HR Ops Payroll.
Support employee engagement HR related initiatives in local language.
Train and guide local managers and employees in key HR processes in local language.
Track training records and assist in registration of external local country offering.
Act as a local advisor to direct first source of training to Workday usage and Workday Learning.
Pull ad-hoc reports from Workday and report status as required.
Initiate and track the confirmation of probation process with Line Managers
Notify insurer/insurance broker of new hires/resignees for group insurance policy management.
Act as a first point of contact for HR matters in collaboration with HROP and continuous promotion of Self Service and MyHR
Take care of employees HR related concerns via ticket system (respective country and/or SEA focus), chat and calls and, if necessary, forward them to the responsible department.
Advise on global HR processes and ensure that all Workday related tasks and HR policies are adhered to.
Adequately maintain employee data in our HR systems (Workday, Service Now)
Together with the team HRBP and HROP, drive of standardization of country processes and standardized processes in general
Other duties as assigned by Line Manager.
Your profile and qualifications:
Position Requirements
Native Indonesian
Good proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
Highly familiarize with Indonesia labor laws and legislations
At least 5 years of related full spectrum HR/Operations work experience in an MNC environment
Bachelor/Diploma in HR, Business or its related field
Experience in Mercer benchmarking work experience is highly preferred
Excellent team player with a collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude
Possess good interpersonal skills and strong ability to connect with various stakeholders
Hands on, self-motivated and can work with utmost confidentiality and trust
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint
