Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill store manpower requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and quality hires.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our retail workforce.
  • Handle employee relations and address HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an focus on recruitment and training, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Location : Yogyakarta
