Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations
Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in HR, employee relations, and performance management
Experience in developing and delivering training programs
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
Fluent in English and Indonesian
