Key Responsibilities:- Designing, developing, and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with company needs and applicable regulations.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, health, and safety regulations.- Overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertisement creation, screening, interviewing, and job offer negotiation.
Developing recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates and meet the company's workforce needs.
- Identifying training and development needs of employees.
Designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.- Developing and overseeing the employee performance evaluation process.
Collaborating with department managers to set performance goals and employee development plans.
- Managing and evaluating salary structures, incentives, and benefit packages to ensure market competitiveness.
Developing policies and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and employee administration.- Handling employee relations issues, such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Developing and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensuring accurate and complete maintenance of employee data, including contracts, attendance, and performance records.
Managing HR information systems to support efficient operations.- Providing advice and support to senior management in decision-making related to HR and organizational development strategies.
Identifying organizational needs and developing solutions to support business objectives.
- Conducting regular internal audits to ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Ensuring fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory HR practices.
Education:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR position, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, performance management, and HR best practices.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using HRIS software and MS Office applications.
