Job Description:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.
3. Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance KPI on performance improvement plans and employeedevelopment.
4. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Have responsibility to maintain compensation & benefit (Payroll, BPJS, and HealthInsurance)
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
6. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR policies in accordance with legal requirements.
- Possesses knowledge related to the Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Disnaker), and is aware of the latest labor regulations
7. HR Strategy:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
8. Organizational Development:
- Support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives withintheworkforce.

Certified HR Manager BNSP / Certificate Of Competence HR Management (CHRM)
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
