Responsibilities:
- Oversee various HR functions including hiring, compensation, HR operations, talent management, and employee relations.
- Direct the HR team in formulating and executing strategies, policies, and procedures in line with company objectives.
- Supervise employee performance metrics.
- Collaborate with management and staff to enhance workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that fit with overall business goals.
- Manage the company's HR Information System (HRIS).
- Revise company policies to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant field.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR management or HR business partnering.
- Extensive background in Organization Development, Talent Management, and Performance Management System implementation.
- Proficiency in English languages.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with the finance industry.
- Results-oriented, people-focused, excellent communication skills, and solid business acumen.
