Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Develop and implement localization HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy from headquarter.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation.
Develop and conduct talent internal mapping and conduct recruitment planning to capture near term business strategy expansion in the market.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Maintain compliance on employee compensation and benefits program in accordance with government regulations and OJK compliance.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience combination of generalist and talent acquisition experience.
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive in financial services sector.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Experience operating with senior/executive management teams.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and administration skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.

Experienced working in a matrix organization is a plus.
