    As the HR Supervisor at PT Shelter Indonesia Group, you will support the HR Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. You will assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, coordinating recruitment activities, and providing HR support to employees across the organization. Your role will involve administering employee benefits, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and study the specific positions needed by a user to fill the position that is currentl needed. This will make it easier for recruiters to find candidates who truly meet their needs.
Create materials for the recruitment process. You will arrange the test materials well so that maximum results can be obtained.
  • Updating employment data base information so every position can always be filled with employees. HR Recruiter is tasked with controlling and also updating workforce plans. This aims to prevent vacancies from occurring which will slow down the company's operational.
Carries out the recruitment process starting from posting job vacancies at any job vacancy platform, stages of candidate search, CV's review, screening, interview scheduling, candidate selection, and conducting reference checks for selected candidates to be hired at the company.
  • The form of communication in the recruitment process is usually two-way, the candidate or job applicant will know more about the company while the recruiter will also know about the candidate.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements regarding HR practices.
Report all recruiter and admin activities also result to the Human Resources Manager.
