Jobdesk :
- Conduct technical & end to end recruitment process for local employees
Partners with all related department to ensure that all manpower request are appropriate as company needs- Coordinate with third party such as school/campus, job portal and etc regarding hiring process needs
Maintain recruitment database and periodic report
Requirements:
Minimum S1 majoring in Pshychology/HR Management/Law or equivalent- At least 2 years of working experiences as a Recruiter
Experience to conduct psychology tools and interview
- Good communications skills in English
Responsive, detail oriented, having good attitude and communication skills- Communicative, conscientious, diligent, & honest
Understanding training & development programs is an added value
