The HR Specialist Intern will support the HR department in various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience and an opportunity to develop key skills in a dynamic work environment.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to various HR projects.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field.
Experience with HRIS or other HR-related software.
Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Hands-on experience in various HR functions.
