Requirements :- Bachelor degree in psychology, law, management, or equivalent.
Experience a minimum of 2 years as a HR officer.- Excellent use of Microsoft Office and administrative skills.
Proficiency in English skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
Good leadership, analytical thinking, and detail orientation.- Placement in Kediri, Tabanan, Bali.

- Handles the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates on multiple platforms, drafting employment contracts, and on-boarding and off-boarding employees.
Control all HR administrative, payroll, BPJS, tasks for onboarding, and new hire orientation, including registering new hires and filing employee data.- Analyze, create, coordinate, communicate, and implement business structures, procedures (SOP and KPI), and the utilization of resources.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Ensure that the company's facilities are in order, procure any assets needed, and coordinate any GA-related tasks.
