The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters;
- Participate in developing a growth-oriented company environment;
- Formulate strategies to boost employees engagement rate;
- Investigate complaints brought forth by employees;
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices;
- Formulate and execute internal events to maintain employees morale level;
- Able to communicate effectively with Board of Directors, Managers, and all of the employees.
Ideal Profile
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable University (psychology or human resource management preferred);
- Minimum of 1 years experience in Human Resource, Human Capital, People Engagement, or other related fields;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills;
- Excellent record-keeping skills;
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Able to join ASAP is more preferable, working from office in the Semarang area.
