Job Description
As an HR Supervisor, this position will be responsible for:
- End-to-end human resources operational matter for site
- Managing and handling administrative and operational database for all employees
- Becoming a solid business partner to plant manager & HR HQ
- Overseeing K3 and ISO implementation throughout site
- Ensuring highest compliance and safety to all level of the organization
- Maintaining strong relationship with surrounding communities
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate must possess:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Previous experiences in 3PL, logistics, transportation, and freight-forwarding
- Japanese and English language ability is preferred
- Strong track-record in end-to-end operational HR
- CHRM or CHRP certified, similar certification is accepted
- Previous experiences in handling ISO and K3 implementation
- Will be based in Cikarang
