As the HR Supervisor at PT Shelter Indonesia Group, you will support the HR Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. You will assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, coordinating recruitment activities, and providing HR support to employees across the organization. Your role will involve administering employee benefits, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements. - Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Administer employee benefits, including contracts, BPJS, and payroll processing.- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
Provide HR support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in the implementation and utilization of HR software Talenta to streamline HR processes.
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules.- Assist HR Manager in Social Security (Medical BPJS and Social Labor BPJS) Employee registration and un-registration process
Support the HR Manager in training and developing HR Staff members
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements regarding HR practices.
Assist in observing the performance of employees includes attendance, discipline, achievement.- Assist to HR Manager in Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance in manpower.
Assist to HR Manager in creating a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys, keeps the strategy up to date.
- Report all activities and result to the Human Resources Manager
