Job Description:
- In charge of HR functions such as attendance management, employee database, employment contracts, and so on
Assisting with end-to-end recruitment procedures- Provide assistance to employees on various HR topics, such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise
Responsible for carrying out HR and GA administration processes
- Maintaining employment contracts and employee database
Coordination of office maintenance, assets, supplies, and cleanliness to ensure the office is in good working order- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies, as well as the observance of labor regulations.
Responsible for any ad-hoc activities from users
- Report the progress of HRGA activities to the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or related field
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience as an HRGA is preferred- Fresh graduates in a related field are welcome to apply

* Exposure to HRIS is a plus.
